When you cancel your plan during your subscrption period, you will opt out from auto payment and you won't be able to use our paid service from the following month. You can change your plan, but the new plan will be applied from the following payment cycle. If you want to upgrade or downgrade your plan immediately, please contact us at asoindex@aixinc.io.
